Why do we require that you use your Dormeo® Product for a minimum of 30 nights?

We know you will love your new Dormeo® product, but it isn't uncommon for it to take your body a bit of time to adjust to sleeping on a new surface. Some people are lucky and love it from night one but others may experience a bit of stiffness or soreness for the first few mornings. We want you to be fully satisfied with your product and ask that you give it a minimum 30-night trial before being eligible to return it within our 100-night, risk free trial. Give your body and your new Dormeo® time to adjust to each other and we are confident you will fall in love!

What Materials are used in the Premium Mattress Topper ? 

Cover: A hypoallergenic, breathable, washable polyester cover with adjustable straps and non-slip base to hold the topper securely in place.

Foam Top Layer: The top layer of the Topper is our signature Recovery Foam™. This is a high quality, high-density, US-Certipur certified viscoelastic foam that is free from harmful chemicals, no off gassing or strong odors and perfect for gently cradling even the most sensitive areas of your body without that “sinking, stuck” feeling. 

Octaspring Technology Layer: We use US-Certipur certified polyurethane foam in two distinct densities to create a zoned layer of all-foam springs for proper spinal alignment, comfortable cradling and maximum breathability so that the topper does not retain heat and sleep hot. There is no latex in any of our foams.

What is the shipping cost for Dormeo® Products?

We offer free shipping and returns (unless you are in Hawaii...we still love you and want you sleeping better too, but there is a shipping fee of $200 for pillows and toppers and $300 for mattresses).  All Toppers and other products ship from Atlanta via Fedex and should arrive to you in 3-5 days, except Mattresses which should arrive in 5-8 days.

How long does it take Dormeo® Products to ship?

All of our products ship from Atlanta via Fedex. Shipping times are currently 3-5  day for Toppers and all other products except Mattresses which are 5-8 day - but we always hope to get it to you faster! 

What happens if my Dormeo® Product gets lost?

If you need to report a lost package, a claim must be made within 30 days of the carrier stated delivery date.

Do your toppers or mattresses work on an adjustable base?

Absolutely! Yes! Our toppers AND mattresses work wonderfully on adjustable bases.  The high density memory foams and all-foam Octaspring Technology perfectly adapts and conforms to the shape of the adjustable base all while continuing to cradle and support your body.

What is the warranty for the Dormeo® Toppers and Mattresses?

We completely stand behind our products and your happiness is our first priority so we give you 10 year limited warranty on our toppers and mattresses for your peace of mind.

What is the warranty for the Dormeo® Pillows?

We completely stand behind our products and your happiness is our first priority so we give you 1 year warranty on our pillows for your peace of mind.

Why is staying cool so important for a good night's sleep?

Staying cool is vital to good sleep. Your body temperature naturally falls in the evening, signaling that it’s time for bed. A lower temperature also tells your body to produce melatonin, the sleep hormone.
There’s no doubt that you get better sleep when you’re cool and comfortable (not hot and sweaty). The American Sleep Foundation has even recognized temperature as the #1 disrupter of sleep.

What makes our topper, mattresses and pillows cooler than others on the market?

Our Dormeo® mattresses, topper and pillows feature our patented Octaspring® technology which is 8x more breathable than foam products. This natural airflow allows you to sleep cooler. We don’t use surface chemicals (which lose their cool once you’re on them) or put holes in our foam (which flatten out when you lay down) like other companies do in order to help you sleep at a healthy, cool temperature.

Where is your company located?

Dormeo's head office is located in Houston, TX.  We also have manufacturing facilities in Nashville,TN and in Phoenix, AZ and a logistics facility in Atlanta, GA.

Are Dormeo® Mattress, Topper, and Pillow covers machine washable?

If you want to freshen up your Dormeo® Topper or Pillow - you can remove the cover and wash it.

Are Dormeo® Mattresses, Topper, and Pillows hypo-allergenic?

Yes! Our products are hypoallergenic and latex free.  All of our foams are Certipur Certified meaning they are free from harmful chemicals.  Our mattresses, topper and pillows are a healthy sleep space so you can rest easy!

I’ve heard Dormeo® has a lower carbon footprint than some other mattresses, toppers and pillows. Is that true?

Yes, it is. Due to our Octaspring® Technology, our Octaspring® layers use 50% less material creating less waste and use no metals which is better for the environment.

What happens if I need to change my shipping information after completing my purchase?

If for some reason you need to change your shipping information after completing your purchase, please reach out to our customer care team.  There will be a $20 fee associated with any shipping changes after purchase is completed.
